摘要
润滑脂作为汽车轮毂轴承的第五元素,对保证汽车轮毂轴承正常运转具有十分重要的作用。轴承的密封状态以及润滑脂是影响轮毂轴承的摩擦力矩的重要因素。进行轮毂轴承台架试验,从密封和非密封两种工况下润滑脂对轮毂轴承的影响关系中,得出了润滑脂在密封状态下能有效降低轮毂轴承的摩擦力,且相似黏度越低,效果越明显;但在非密封的情况下润滑脂反而会增大轮毂轴承的摩擦力矩,且与相似黏度没有明显对应关系的结论。
As the fifth element of the car hub bearing,Grease play an important role in ensuring the normal operation of the hub bearing.It is also important to study the effect of bearing seal state and grease on the friction torque of hub bearing.Under the sealing and non-sealed conditions,exploring the impact of grease on the hub bearing through the hub bearing bench test,the grease in the sealed state can effectively reduce the hub bearing friction,and the similar viscosity is lower,the effect is more obvious.But in the case of non-sealed,it will increase the hub bearing friction torque,and the similar viscosity isn’t significantly correspond to the conclusion.
