摘要
为了充分利用柴胡地上部分资源,采用RP-HPLC测定柴胡地上部分皂苷、黄酮的含量,采用内毒素脂多糖小鼠发热模型考察水煎液的解热效果,采用热板法致痛考察镇痛效果。结果表明:柴胡地上部分黄酮类成分含量范围为2.01~8.75 mg·g^-1,皂苷类成分含量0.103~0.459 mg·g^-1;柴胡地上部分煎煮液解热效果显著,镇痛效果显著,且其镇痛效果在0~1 h内达到峰值。柴胡地上部分可以作为一种解热镇痛药用资源加以利用。
In order to make full use of the aerial part of radix bupleuri,saponins and flavonoids in the aerial part of radix bupleuri were determinated by RP-HPLC.Antipyretic effect was studied by using endotoxin lipopolysaccharide mouse fever model.Analgesic effect was examined with hot plate method.The results show that saponins content in the aerial part ranges from 0.103 to 0.459 mg·g^-1,and flavonoids content ranges from 2.01 to 8.75 mg·g^-1.The antipyretic effect of the decoction liquid from the aerail part of radix bupleuri is obvious,and the analgesic effect is remarkable,and the analgesic effect reaches its peak within 0-1 h.The study demonstrates that the aerial part of Radix Bupleuri can be used as one of the antipyretic and analgesic herb resource.
