摘要
齿轮箱是高速动车组传动系统的关键部件,负载、转向和润滑油流向等都会直接影响轴箱温升、齿轮啮合等,关系到车辆的运行安全性、平稳性和舒适性.基于热平衡理论,通过对台架试验结果进行对比,分析了齿轮啮合摩擦、润滑油的油流流向、传动过程的功率损失和轴承摩擦生热对齿轮箱平衡温度场的影响,研究结果表明:小齿轮两侧温度高于大齿轮同侧的温度;驱动端大齿轮内外温差大于制动端的大齿轮内外温差;无论正反转,小齿轮的外侧温度均高于内侧,反转时,驱动端大齿轮外侧的温度明显低于内侧,而制动端的温差较小.该试验研究为高速动车组齿轮箱平衡温度的预测和可靠运行提供了数据支撑和理论基础.
Based on the theory of thermal balance,the influence of gear meshing friction,oil flow direction of lubricant,power loss in transmission process and bearing friction heat generation on gear box equilibrium temperature field is analyzed by comparing the results of bench test.The results show that the temperature on both sides of pinion gear is higher than that on the same side of big gear,and the temperature difference between inside and outside of big gear at driving end is greater than that of big gear at braking end.Whether the gear rotates clockwise or counter-clockwise,the outer temperature of the pinion is higher than that of the inner temperature.When the pinion rotates counter-clockwise,the outer temperature of the big gear at the driving end is lower than that of the inner side,while the temperature difference at the braking end is smaller.The test provides data support and theoretical basis for the prediction and reliable operation of high speed EMU transmission gearbox.
