摘要
针对我国石化行业众多进入损耗失效期的在役装置,探讨事故发生的风险机理和基于风险的装置失效频率评估技术。由于单纯的失效评估忽略了装置特殊工艺环境、日常检测等技术条件对特定工况下装置单元风险的影响,现用失效频率和失效修正因子进行改进。利用基于多因素的耦合计算模型,对不同工况装置工艺单元失效风险进行综合量化修正,得到系统风险评估技术。应用该技术对某罐区进行了实际评估。
In view of the frequent explosion and fire accidents caused by the failure of many in-service devices in petrochemical industry in China,the risk mechanism of accidents was discussed,and the risk-based equipment failure frequency assessment technology was defined.Regular failure assessment neglected the influence of the special process environment,routine inspection and other technical conditions,and therefore needed to be improved using the failure frequency calculation and the failure correction factor.Using the multi-factor correction coupled computing model,the failure risk of process unit was comprehensively revised quantitatively under different conditions,becoming the system risk assessment technology.Finally,the method showed high prediction accuracy and practical application value when applied to evaluate a tank farm.
