摘要
随着工业4.0和中国制造2025计划的实施,数字化设计与制造智能化成为了机械发展的主要方向。计算机辅助公差设计(CAT)技术作为CAD/CAM集成化的重要内容,对于提高设计效率、实现智能制造具有重要意义。然而CAT技术却远远落后于CAD的发展。针对这一问题,开展了对CAT技术的研究。运用获取回路零件与配合信息的API,创新地提出了易于回路搜索的数据组织结构,以及基于配合位置信息判断组成环增减性的方法。开发了一种集成于SolidWorks软件的插件系统,通过与三维模型简单交互便可自动生成公差设计函数、高效实现公差优化设计。
With the implementation of Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025,digital design and intelligent manufacturing become the main direction of industry development.Computer-Aided Tolerancing(CAT)as an important part of CAD/CAM integration,plays a significant role in improving design efficiency and accelerating intelligent manufacturing.However,CAT is far behind the development of CAD.Aiming at this problem,CAT is researched in this paper.New methods are put forward for judging positive or negative character of each composing loop and making it easier for loop searching,based on the position data of fits from API interfaces.A CAT plug-in integrated into SolidWorks is developed,to generate tolerance design function automatically and realize a higher efficiency of tolerance optimization design by simply interacting with 3D models.
