摘要
目的:研究活血生肌汤联合自体骨髓血干细胞移植对糖尿病足创面的修复作用。方法:选取74例糖尿病足患者,均行常规内科治疗,分为对照组(采取自体骨髓血干细胞移植)和研究组(采取活血生肌汤联合自体骨髓血干细胞移植治疗),两组各37例。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖水平、患足溃疡面积、下肢神经传导速度和治疗后间歇性跛行、足冷感觉、静息疼及愈合情况等差异。结果:研究组治疗后血糖水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后间歇性跛行、足冷感觉、静息疼较对照组均明显改善(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后患足溃疡面积较对照组明显减少,愈合率较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后下肢正中神经传导速度和腓神经传导速度较对照组均明显加快(P<0.05)。结论:采取活血生肌汤联合自体骨髓血干细胞移植可有效改善糖尿病足患者治疗效果,促进创面愈合,加快血管新生,有助于尽快建立侧支循环,取得良好的临床疗效。
Objective:To study the effect of Huoxue Shengji decoction combined with autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation on repairing diabetic foot wounds.Methods:74 patients with diabetic foot were divided into control group(treated with autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation)and research group(treated with Huoxue Shengji decoction combined with autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation),37 cases in each group.The blood sugar level,ulcer area,nerve conduction velocity of lower limbs,intermittent claudication,cold sensation of feet,resting pain and healing were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the blood sugar level in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the intermittent claudication,cold sensation of feet and resting pain in the study group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcer area of foot in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the healing rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The median nerve conduction velocity and peroneal nerve conduction velocity of lower limbs in the study group were significantly faster than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Shengji decoction combined with autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic foot patients,promote wound healing,accelerate angiogenesis,help to establish collateral circulation as soon as possible,and achieve good clinical efficacy.
