摘要
目的探讨白芍总苷胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗难治性银屑病的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月~2018年12月在我院治疗的68例难治性银屑病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各34例。对照组采用阿维A胶囊治疗,观察组给予白芍总苷胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗,比较两组的白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)、不良反应情况。结果治疗8周后,观察组的IL-4、IL-8及TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗8周后,观察组的PASI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率为5.88%,与对照组的17.65%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论难治性银屑病患者经白芍总苷胶囊与阿维A胶囊联合治疗,可有效缓解炎性反应,利于减轻皮损严重程度,具有一定的安全性。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules combined with Acitretin Capsules in the treatment of refractory psoriasis.Methods A total of 68 patients with refractory psoriasis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,34 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given Acitretin Capsules,and patients in the observation group were given Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules combined with Acitretin Capsules.The levels of Interleukin 4(IL-4),Interleukin 8(IL-8),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),psoriasis area and severity index(PASI),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-8,and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the PASI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 5.88%in the observation group and 17.65%in the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules combined with Acitretin Capsules in the treatment of refractory psoriasis can effectively relieve the inflammatory reactions,help to reduce the severity of skin lesions,and has a certain degree of safety.
