摘要
目的探讨营养护理在终末期肾病(ESRD)血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月~2018年12月我院收治的100例ESRD血液透析患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组仅接受普通护理,研究组则在此基础上联合营养护理措施。比较两组护理前后营养学指标[包括总蛋白(TP)、清蛋白(ALB)、前清蛋白(PA)、血红蛋白(Hb)];比较两组护理前后生活质量评分以及临床护理满意度。结果研究组护理后的TP、ALB、PA、Hb高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后的总体健康评分、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的临床护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ESRD血液透析患者应用营养护理干预措施的效果确切。
Objective To explore the application effect of nutritional nursing in hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Methods A total of 100 patients with ESRD hemodialysis patients who admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as research object.They randomly divided into the control group and the study group,50 cases in each group.The control group received only general care,and the research group united nutritional care measures on this basis.Nutrition indexes before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,including total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),hemoglobin(Hb).The quality of life score before and after nursing,and clinical nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of TP,ALB,PA and Hb in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall health score,physiological function score,physiological function score,somatic pain score,vitality score,social function score,emotional function score and mental health score of the study group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nutritional nursing interventions in hemodialysis patients with ESRD is clear.
