摘要
本文对阜新市社会经济、水资源状况进行了系统的调查分析,利用BP神经网络算法以及考虑社会、经济、环境的多目标优化配置函数,建立了阜新市水资源优化配置模型,提出了多种发展方案,对阜新市规划水平年进行了需水预测和水资源优化配置,确定了综合最优方案,为阜新市水资源优化配置决策提供了参考,对其他需水预测及水资源优化配置研究也具有一定借鉴意义。
In this paper,the social economy and water resources in Fuxin are systematically investigated and analyzed.By BP neural network algorithm and multi-objective optimal allocation function considering society,economy and environment,the optimal allocation model of water resources in Fuxin is established,and a variety of development schemes are put forward.The water demand forecast and optimal allocation of water resources are carried out for the planning level year of Fuxin,and the comprehensive optimal scheme is determined,which provides a reference for the optimal allocation decision of water resources in Fuxin and has certain referent significance for other water demand forecast and optimal allocation research of water resources.
