摘要
针对目前农科人才培养过程中实训技能的不足,通过“三段式、四联动”创新实训模式的运用,依据学生不同发展阶段的特点,借助现代互联网技术、信息技术和智能技术,结合新型双导师实训机制,发挥多方联动的优势,依托双向师生互评体制,多元化提高学生实训效能,打造特色鲜明的高素质农科人才,满足新三农及乡村振兴战略目标实现的需要。
Express the shortage of practical training skills in the process of cultivating of agricultural talents at present,through the application of"three-stage and four-link"innovative practical training mode,according to the characteristics of students at different stages of development,with the help of modern Internet technology,information technology and intelligent technology,combined with the new Dual-Mentor training mechanism,the advantages of multi-linkage are brought into play,and students are diversif ied by relying on the two-way teacher-student mutual evaluation system.Training eff iciency,creating high-quality agricultural talents with distinctive characteristics,to meet the needs of the new agriculture,the new countryside,the new peasants and the rural revitalization strateuetgy.
