摘要
针对动力集中型动车组拖车无牵引控制和列供控制的特点,综合考虑传输的数据量、实时性要求及系统成本等因素,基于LonWorks通信原理,提出了一种适用于时速160 km动力集中电动车组拖车的网络控制系统。文章从拓扑构成、系统功能两个方面详细地阐述了方案的实现,并通过与25T型客车网络控制系统对比,分析了该系统兼容性强、定位适当、实现简单、稳定可靠及环境适应性强的优点。
According to the characteristics of non-traction control and supply control,a LonWorks communication based network control system was proposed for the trailer of 160 km/h power centralized EMU by taking into account the data volume,real-time requirements,system costs,etc.This paper expounds the realization of the design in detail from topology composition and system function perspectives,and analyzes the advantages in terms of strong compatibility,proper positioning,simple realization,stability and reliability,and strong environmental adaptability through comparison with the networks control system of the 25T passenger vehicle.
