急性缺血性脑卒中MRI-DWI及PWI对溶栓治疗的指导作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:评估急性缺血性脑卒中磁共振(MRI)弥散加权成像(DWI)及灌注加权成像(PWI)对指导溶栓治疗的应用价值。方法:对MRI检查结果依据PWI/DWI不匹配性将113例急性缺血性脑卒中患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者在对照组相同治疗基础上行静脉溶栓治疗,比较两组患者在治疗前和治疗后的NIHSS评分。结果:观察组患者在治疗后6 h、12 h、48 h和7 d的NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MRI-DWI及PWI联合应用对于急性缺血性脑卒中患者的静脉溶栓治疗具有良好的指导意义。
