基于矩阵分析法的BFCC力学性能正交试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用正交试验方法,对玄武岩纤维水泥基复合材料(Basalt Fiber Cement Composites,BFCC)进行配合比设计。选取水胶比、砂胶比、玄武岩纤维掺量、粉煤灰/水泥替代率,天然砂替代率五个因素,每个因素设定四个水平,对BFCC的力学性能进行研究,利用矩阵分析法分析各因素对BFCC抗压、抗折强度的影响,并确定最优配合比。结果表明:对BFCC抗压强度的影响权重依次为:水胶比>粉煤灰替代率>天然砂替代率>砂胶比>玄武岩纤维掺量;对BFCC抗折强度的影响权重依次为:水胶比>粉煤灰替代率>天然砂替代率>玄武岩纤维掺量>砂胶比;BFCC优选配合比为:水胶比0.18,砂胶比1.2,玄武岩纤维掺量4 kg/m3,粉煤灰替代率40%,天然砂替代率33%;采用天然砂替代部分石英砂,粉煤灰替代部分水泥,在一定范围内可有效提高BFCC的强度,具有良好的经济效益。 The mixture ratio design of basalt fiber cement composites(BFCC)was carried out by orthogonal test.Five factors,water/binder ratio,sand/binder ratio,basalt fiber content,fly ash/cement substitution rate,natural sand substitution rate and four levels of each factor,were selected to study the mechanical properties of BFCC.The influence of various factors on the compressive and flexural strength of BFCC was analyzed by matrix analysis method,and the optimum mix ratio was determined.The results show that the weight of influence on BFCC compressive strength is water binder ratio>fly ash substitution rate>natural sand substitution rate>sand binder ratio>basalt fiber content.And the weight of influence on BFCC flexural strength is water/binder ratio>fly ash substitution rate>natural sand substitution rate>basalt fiber content>sand/binder ratio.The optimum blending ratio of BFCC is the water binder ratio is 0.18,the sand binder ratio is 1.2,the basalt fiber content is 4 kg/m3,the fly ash substitution rate is 40%,and the natural sand substitution rate is 33%.The strength of BFCC can be effectively improved by using natural sand to replace quartz sand and fly ash to replace cement and has good economic benefit.
