某MPV车怠速车内噪声控制与声品质提升 被引量:3

摘要 以某MPV车为研究平台,针对其怠速空调开启工况车内噪声偏大、声品质较差的现象展开测试、评价、诊断和调整工作。该车怠速空调开启工况车内噪声达49.9 dB(A),高出同类别竞品车近4 dB(A),主观感觉高频声明显且存在显著的压耳声、“咕噜咕噜”声,车内声品质较差。通过独立运行法、频谱分析法等手段判断出车内噪声偏大、声品质较差的原因是由于冷却系统、空调系统(鼓风机、压缩机及其附件)工作等因素引起的。通过控制冷却风扇动平衡量、调整冷却系统安装点橡胶垫的刚度、降低鼓风机风量、在空调系统高低压管增加配重等方案,使得该车怠速空调开启工况车内噪声降低了3.2 dB(A),基本达到了竞品车水平,同时声品质得到了明显改善。 Taking a MPV as the research platform,the test,evaluation,diagnosis and adjustment are carried out for the phenomenon that the noise inside the vehicle is too high and the sound quality is poor when idle air conditioning is on.The interior noise of the idle air-conditioned car is 49.9 dB(A),which is nearly 4 dB(A)higher than that of the competing car of the same kind.The subjective feeling is that the high frequency declaration is obvious and there is a significant“grunt”sound.The interior sound quality of the car is poor.By means of independent operation and spectrum analysis,it can be judged that the high noise and poor sound quality in the car are caused by factors such as cooling fan,the work of air conditioning system,i.e.blower and compressor accessories.Therefore,by adjusting the dynamic balance of cooling fan and the stiffness of the rubber pad at the mounting point of the cooling system,reducing the air volume of the blower,increasing the weight of the high and low pressure pipes in the air conditioning system,etc,the noise in the idle air conditioning system is reduced by 3.2dB(A),which basically reaches the level of the competitive car.At the same time,the sound quality has been improved obviously.
