摘要
目的:比较改良卡介苗(BCG)替代结核分枝杆菌(TB)痰涂片抗酸染色实验的教学应用价值。方法:测定改良BCG痰涂片、BCG痰涂片和TB痰涂片的稳定性及染色镜检合格率。结果:改良BCG痰涂片稳定性均高于BCG痰涂片和TB痰涂片(P<0.05~P<0.01),且抽检合格率为100%,实验教学合格率>98.8%。结论:改良BCG痰涂片教学简便可靠,同时易保存,可作为微生物实验教学替代实验的重要手段。
Objective:To compare the teaching application value between modified BCG sputum smear and Mycobacterium tuberculosis(TB)acid-fast staining test.Methods:The stability and qualified rate under staining microscope of the modified BCG sputum smear,BCG sputum smear and TB sputum smear were identified.Results:The stability of modified BCG sputum smear was significantly higher than that of BCG sputum smear and TB sputum smear(P<0.05 to P<0.01),and the qualified rate of sampling inspection and qualified rate of experimental teaching were 100%and more than 98.8%,respectively.Conclusions:The teaching of modified BCG sputum smear is simple,reliable and easy to preserve.It can be used as an important means to replace the microbiology experiment teaching.
