毛冬青根液湿热敷和硫酸镁药物冰敷在血液透析患者血管通路护理中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血液透析患者血管通路护理中应用红外线照射联合外敷的临床效果。方法选取2016年4月至2019年4月本院收治的血液透析患者76例,随机将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予红外线照射,试验组在对照组基础上给予毛冬青根液湿热敷和硫酸镁药物冰敷。比较两组血管弹性恢复情况及动静脉瘘相关并发症的发生率。结果试验组血管弹性优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组血栓形成、瘘管狭窄、皮下血肿及假性动脉瘤等并发症明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者血管通路中应用毛冬青根液湿热敷和硫酸镁药物冰敷,明显减少患者动静脉內瘘并发症的发生率,提高血管弹性,保证血液透析的正常进行。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of infrared irradiation combined with external application in nursing for vascular access of patients with Hemodialysis.Methods We selected 76 cases of patients with hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was given infrared irradiation,and the experimental group was given applying hot soaks with mao dongqing root liquid and Ice compress with magnesium sulfate drug on the basis of the control group.The recovery of vascular elasticity and the incidence of complications related to arteriovenous fistula were compared between the two groups.Results The vascular elasticity of the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The complications of thrombosis,fistula stenosis,subcutaneous hematoma and pseudoaneurysm in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of applying hot soaks with mao dongqing root liquid and Ice compress with magnesium sulfate drug on nursing for vascular access of patients with hemodialysis could significantly reduce the incidence of arteriovenous fistula complications,improve the elasticity of blood vessels,and ensure the normal operation of hemodialysis.
