摘要
目的观察术前门诊专科针对性的心理护理对慢性鼻窦炎患者术后疼痛、焦虑的影响。方法随机选择我院门诊即将收治的60名慢性鼻窦炎患者。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,比较两组之间患者术后第1天,第2天疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)得分差异,及门诊入院时、手术前、手术后两组间焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果观察组患者术后第1天,第2天VAS视觉模拟量表评分低于对照组。观察组入院当天、手术前和手术后的焦虑程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜手术有其特殊性,术前采用门诊专科针对性的心理护理,能够减轻患者焦虑程度,改善术后疼痛体验。值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of preoperative psychological nursing on postoperative pain and anxiety in patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 60 patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).The differences in VAS scores between the two groups on the first day after surgery and the second day after surgery,as well as SAS scores between the two groups on admission,before surgery and after surgery were compared.Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on the first day and the second day after surgery.The anxiety level of the observation group on the day of admission,before and after surgery was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion endoscopic surgery of patients with chronic sinusitis has its particularity.The preoperative use of specialized psychological nursing can reduce the anxiety level of patients and improve the postoperative pain experience.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
