晟聚煤业锚杆锚索联合支护技术的应用 被引量:6

摘要 在参考锚杆锚索联合支护理论与实践经验的基础上,对山西临县西山晟聚煤业大断面回采巷道锚杆锚索联合支护技术及应用进行研究。根据大断面回采煤巷顶板锚杆锚索协同支护机理,结合西山晟聚煤业14508回采工作面生产条件,分析了巷道高帮破坏机制,提出了大断面巷道高帮强化支护方式,形成了适应于深井大断面煤巷的协同优化控制支护技术;通过FLAC3D模拟软件进行分析,确定了锚杆锚索联合支护方案。该技术方案在保证支护参数合理、顶板及两帮安全的前提下,减少了支护作业时间,降低了支护成本,提高了掘进单进水平,实践效果良好,体现出显著的社会与经济效益。 Based on the theory and practical experience of bolt and anchor combined support,the application of bolt and anchor joint support technology in large section mining roadway was researched.According to the production conditions of No.14508 mining face in Shengju coal mine,the failure mechanism of high-side roadway was analyzed,the high-side roadway support method was proposed,and the cooperative control support technology adapted to large section coal roadway in deep mine was formed.Combined with the FLAC3D simulation software analysis,the bolt and cable joint support scheme was determined.Under the premise of ensuring reasonable support parameters and safe support of roadways,the technical scheme reduced the support operation time and support cost,and improved the level of tunneling,which has significant social and economic benefit.
