亨元煤业矿井主通风系统改造实践 被引量:1

摘要 亨元煤业目前的矿井通风系统不合理,现有风量不足,为解决通风阻力较高、风机运转不稳定、总供风量偏小、部分回风段井巷风速偏高等问题,保证通风系统与生产系统能力相适应,对矿井进行了通风系统改造。在分析矿井通风现状和存在的问题后,结合井田开拓方案,详述了改造措施及主要工程内容。新配回风立井通风系统改造后,既满足了产量要求,保证了用户对煤炭的需求,又为矿井安全生产创造了有利条件,不仅有较好的经济效益,而且可产生良好的社会与环保效益。 The mine ventilation system in Hengyuan coal mine is unreasonable and the air volume is insufficient.In order to solve the problems of high ventilation resistance,unstable fan operation,small total air volume and high air speed in some return air sections,and to ensure the adaptability of the ventilation system to the production system,the mine ventilation system should be transformed.Based on the analysis of the present situation and main problems of mine ventilation system,combined with the development mode of minefield,the transformation scheme and main engineering contents were analyzed.Through the construction of return air shaft and transformation of ventilation system,it not only meets the ventilation requirements,improves economic efficiency,but also creates favorable conditions for mine safety production,and produces good social and environmental benefits.
