摘要
目的探讨分析信宜市近10年食管癌发病状况及分布情况、病因寻找食管癌的不同点击相似点,为地区食管癌防治工作做指导。方法回顾性分析于2009年1月-2018年12月期间信宜市人民医院和协同本地区其他医院诊治的本地区共计1295例展开研究,分别对当地区食管癌的病理特点、性别、年龄完成分类汇总统计分析。结果经研究发现男性患者食管癌病发率达79.65%,女性食管癌病发率为20.35%,男性群体的病发率达到女性病发率3.91倍居多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高发年龄以50~59岁为主病发率占总人数的42.66%,病发部位以食管上部、中部较多,以鳞状细胞癌占据食管癌总病发率达94.91%,西面地区的食管癌病发率比较高,可能与喜欢吃腌制食品有关。结论食管癌病发情况相关于性别、年龄、地区差异,由于食管癌的预后存活率较差,因此明确食管癌病发危险因素并尽早采取针对性预防措施至关重要,应当加强信宜地区的高危人群食管癌预防工作,从而尽早发现予以及时诊治,降低信宜地区的食管癌病发率。
Objective To analyze the incidence and distribution of esophageal cancer in Xinyi City in the past 10 years,and to find out the similarities of different clicks in esophageal cancer,and to guide the prevention and treatment of regional esophageal cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis of 1295 cases in the region between Xinyi City People’s Hospital and other hospitals in the region from January to February 2018,respectively,conducted a study on the pathological characteristics,gender,and age of esophageal cancer in the region.Summary statistical analysis.Results The incidence of esophageal cancer in male patients was 79.65%,the incidence of esophageal cancer in females was 20.35%,and the incidence of male patients was 3.91 times higher than that in females(P<0.05).The incidence of high incidence of 50 to 59 years old accounted for 42.66%of the total number of patients,the upper part of the esophagus and the middle part of the disease,the total incidence of esophageal cancer in squamous cell carcinoma was 94.91%,in the western area,the incidence of esophageal cancer was relatively high and might be related to eating pickled food.Conclusion The incidence of esophageal cancer is related to gender,age and regional differences.Because the prognosis survival rate of esophageal cancer is poor,it is important to identify the risk factors for esophageal cancer and take targeted preventive measures as early as possible.The prevention of esophageal cancer in high-risk populations will lead to early diagnosis and treatment,and reduce the incidence of esophageal cancer in Xinyi.
