摘要
目的研究甲状腺激素检测试剂盒的试剂余量对检测结果的影响。方法选取我院2018年4月-2019年4月收治的需要检测甲状腺激素的患者50例,随机平均分为两组做平行试验,每组样品分别用5种不同试盒进行前10和后10个项目的甲状腺激素进行检测,比较两组试验的前10和后10个项目变异系数及5个项目之间的差异。结果TT3试剂水平1样品中,后10个项目的变异系数为12.1%,高于前10个项目的8.4%(P<0.05),水平2样品中,后10个项目的变异系数为8.7%,高于前10个项目的7.3%(P<0.05);TT3的水平1和水平2前10和后10个项目之间的偏差最大(P<0.01)。结论TT3试剂盒的试剂余量较少时,对甲状腺激素检测的结果影响较大。
Objective To study the effect of the remaining amount of reagents in the thyroid hormone test kit on the test results.Methods A total of 50 patients with thyroid hormones who were admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups for parallel testing.Each group was tested with 5 different test boxes for the first 10 and later.Ten items of thyroid hormone were tested,and the coefficient of variation of the first 10 and the last 10 items of the two groups and the difference between the five items were compared.Results In the TT3 reagent level 1 sample,the coefficient of variation of the last 10 items was 12.1%,which was significantly higher than the 8.4%of the first 10 items(P<0.05).Among the level 2 samples,the coefficient of variation of the last 10 items was 8.7%,significantly higher than the 7.3%of the first 10 items(P<0.05);the difference between the first 10 and the last 10 items of TT3 level 1 and level 2 was the largest(P<0.01).Conclusion When the remaining amount of reagent in the TT3 kit is small,the results of thyroid hormone detection have a great influence.
