摘要
针对碱性铀矿浆过滤困难问题,分别考察了硅藻土、珍珠岩、粉煤灰3种介质型助滤剂和壳聚糖、阳离子淀粉2种天然高分子化学型助滤剂的助滤效果。筛选出了助滤效果较好的珍珠岩助滤剂和壳聚糖助滤剂,并研究了二者联合使用对某碱性铀矿浆的助滤效果,提出了珍珠岩预涂过滤介质-壳聚糖絮凝矿浆再过滤的联合助滤工艺。结果表明,对于某碱性铀矿浆,采用2.0%珍珠岩预涂过滤介质、0.02%壳聚糖絮凝矿浆后再过滤,矿浆过滤速度可提高128.7%,滤饼洗涤速度可提高249.1%以上,助滤效果显著,实现了碱性铀浸出矿浆的高效固液分离。
Aimed at the hard filtration problem of the alkaline uranium ore pulp,the effects of 3 mediums for filter aid such as diatomite,perlite,fly ash and 2 natural polymers chemistry filter aid were investigated.The good effects of filter aid which are perlite and chitosan were selected out,and the effect of filter aid of both conjunctive uses for an alkaline uranium ore pulp was studied.The combined filter process of perlite pre coated filter media-chitosan flocculation slurry was put forward.The results show that 2%perlite is used to pre coated filter media,and 0.02%chitosan is used to flocculation pulp,the filter velocity is increased more than 128.7%,and the cake washing velocity is increased more than 249.1%,and a high efficiency of solid-liquid separation for alkaline uranium leaching pulp is achieved.
