摘要
目的探讨和分析PBL教学与常规教学在脑外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法研究选择2015年5月-2017年5月间在本院脑外科进行实习96名实习生当做研究对象,按入科顺序分甲组、乙组,每组48名,给予乙组实习生常规教学,给予甲组实习生PBL教学,评价两组实习生的能力评分以及对教学的满意程度。结果甲组实习生的综合分析能力评分(90.57±3.61)分、采集病史能力评分(91.62±3.77)分、探索创新能力评分(90.57±3.62)分、语言表达能力评分(90.67±3.25)分、文献检索能力评分(91.33±3.61)分均高于乙组实习生[(81.51±2.76)分、(81.67±2.83)分、(81.37±2.92)分、(81.42±2.81)分、(81.53±2.77)分],差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。甲组实习生对教学的满意度(100.00%)高于乙组实习生(91.67%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在脑外科护理教学中,PBL教学明显提高实习生的综合能力、对教学的满意程度。
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of PBL teaching and routine teaching in brain surgery nursing teaching.Methods 96 interns from May 2015 to May 2017 in brain surgery of the hospital were selected as research subjects. They were divided into group A and group B according to the order of admission, with 48 cases in each group. Group B was given routine teaching, group A was given PBL teaching. Interns’ ability score and satisfaction with teaching of two groups were evaluated. Results The comprehensive analysis ability score(90.57±3.61) points, medical history collection ability score(91.62±3.77) points, exploratory innovation ability score(90.57±3.62) points, language expression ability score(90.67±3.25) points and literature retrieval ability score(91.33±3.61) points of group A interns were higher than those of group B interns [(81.51±2.76) points,(81.67±2.83) points,(81.37±2.92) points,(81.42±2.81) points,(81.53±2.77) points], and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of group A interns to teaching(100.00%) was higher than that of group B interns(91.67%), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In brain surgery nursing teaching, PBL teaching can obviously improve the comprehensive ability of interns and their satisfaction with teaching.
