摘要 目的探究住院医师规范化培训中开展标准化病人教学应用效果。方法随机抽取本院住院医师规范化培训学员(简称"住培学员")共计355名,按照入院时间顺序分为三组,2015级140名,采取集中开展临床技能培训,2016级119名采取集中培训,2017级96名采取序贯培训,比较三组培训结果。结果 2017级住培学员年度考核成绩高于2015级、2016级,三组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.01),2016级住培学员结业考核通过率为为94.00%,高于2015级85.00%、2017级87.50%,三组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),360度测评中带教老师和轮转科室的护士对2017级的评分高于2015级、2016级,三组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。2017级学员对课程的反馈满意度高于2015级和2016级,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论住院医师规范化培训中应用标准化病人教学,可提高学员对临床技能的掌握程度,减少意外等不良事件发生。 Objective To explore the application effect of standardized patient teaching in standardized training for resident physicians. Methods A total of 355 residents of the hospital were randomly selected for standardized training(referred to as "resident-training trainees"). They were divided into three groups according to the time sequence of admission, including 140 for the grade of 2015(focus on clinical skills training), 119 for the grade of 2016(focus on intensive training), and 96 for the grade of 2017(consequence training). The training results of the three groups were compared. Results The annual appraisal results of residents students of grade 2017 were higher than 2015, 2016, the difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01), the students graduation examination pass rate of grade 2016 was 94.00%, higher than 85.00% of grade 2015 and 87.50% of grade 2017, the difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05), 360-degree evaluation of teaching teachers and rotary department nurses of grade 2017 score higher than that of grade 2015, grade 2016, the difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01). The feedback satisfaction of students in 2017 was higher than that of students in 2015 and 2016, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion The application of standardized patient teaching in the standardized training of resident physicians can improve the students’ mastery of clinical skills and reduce the occurrence of accidents and other adverse events.
