摘要
目的:挖掘含海洋中药的镇静安神方剂的组方配伍规律。方法:对搜集到的含海洋中药的镇静安神方剂,应用中医传承辅助平台软件V2.5建立数据库,进行频数分析。结果:搜集到含海洋中药的镇静安神方剂245首,组方药物共244味,其中海洋药物28味。其中包含主治疾病33种,频次≥10的疾病为癫痫、失眠、眩晕、精神分裂症、儿童多动综合征、高热惊厥、帕金森氏综合征,并对主治病证进行了用药规律分析。药性以寒性居多,药味以甘味居多,主要入肝、心、肾经。发现新处方4个:(1)白芍-牡蛎-朱砂-珍珠-麝香-牛黄;(2)菊花-桑叶-马齿螺-石决明-夏枯草;(3)合欢皮-女贞子-首乌藤-珍珠母;(4)黄连-礞石-淡竹叶-灯心草。结论:通过对药物的性味归经、药物频次以及组方规律的挖掘,对于临床用药与新药的研发均有重要参考价值。
Objective:To explore the compatibility of sedative and tranquilizing prescriptions containing marine traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The database of sedative and tranquilizing prescriptions containing marine traditional Chinese medicines was established by using the software V2.5 of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform,and the frequency was analyzed.Results:245 sedative and tranquilizing prescriptions containing marine Chinese medicines were collected.There were 244 prescriptions,of which 28 were marine medicines.Among them,33 kinds of diseases were mainly treated,and the diseases with frequency more than 10 were epilepsy,insomnia,vertigo,schizophrenia,hyperactivity syndrome,febrile convulsion and Parkinson's syndrome.The medication regularity of the main symptoms was analyzed.Most of the medicinal properties are cold,most of the medicinal flavor is sweet,mainly into the liver,heart and kidney meridians.Four new prescriptions were found:(1)Baishao(Radix paeoniae Alba)-Muli(oyster)-Zhusha(cinnabar)-Zhenzhu(pearl)-Shexiang(musk)-Niuhuang(bezoar);(2)Juhua(chrysanthemum)-Sangye(folium mori)-Machiluo(oliva mustelina lamarck)-Shijueming(concha haliotidis)-Xiakucao(prunella vulgaris);(3)Hehuanpi(Albizia julibrissin)-Nvzhenzi(Ligustrum lucidum)-Shouwuteng(Caulis Polygoni Multiflori)-Zhenzhumu(nacre);(4)Huanglian(rhizoma coptidis)-Mengshi(chlorite schist)-Danzhuye(lophatherum qracile)-Dengxincao(Juncus effusus).Conclusion:The discovery of meridian tropism,frequency and prescription regularity of drugs has important reference value for clinical drug use and research and development of new drugs.
