摘要
随着经济社会的飞速发展,精神文明在企业发展历程中起到积极的作用.在党建工作的发展历程下,企业要想获得更高的经济效益,就必须要结合当前经济发展新常态,加速改革深化,对党建工作进行全面的创新和完善.企业管理者应保持审时度势的发展趋势,改善企业党建工作中存在的不足,使企业党建工作呈现出新的特点.本文围绕企业精神文明建设中党建工作的实施价值、存在问题及长效机制的建立展开探究,供大家借鉴参考.
