Influence of Different Hardened Layer Depths of Steel 42CrMo on Allowable Contact Stresses of Bearings

摘要 针对具有不同淬硬层深度42CrMo钢轴承的许用接触应力大小不同的问题,采用线性回归法建立永久变形量与最大接触应力之间的线性方程,计算许用接触应力。通过试验分析了套圈淬硬层深度对轴承许用接触应力的影响。结果表明,当淬硬层深度不大于6 mm时,许用接触应力随淬硬层深度的增大而增大。 Aimed at different allowable contact stresses of bearings made of 42CrMo with different hardened layer depths,the linear regression method is used to establish linear equation between permanent deformation amounts and maximum contact stresses,and the allowable contact stresses are calculated.The influence of hardened layer depths of rings on allowable contact stresses of the bearings is analyzed by experiments.The results show that the allowable contact stresses are increased with increase of hardened layer depths when the hardened layer depths are no more than 6 mm.
