摘要
利用商用有限元软件ANSYS建立三维的有限元模型,对KKD车轮的整体及夹杂物周围在真实热处理工艺下的残余应力进行模拟分析。模拟结果显示车轮踏面处受到较大的周向和轴向残余压应力,随着距离踏面的深度增加,这些残余压应力逐渐减小并转变成拉应力。另外,研究表明夹杂物的几何尺寸和形貌对其周围的残余应力分布和大小有很大的影响。
A three-dimensional finite element model was established by using commercial finite element software ANSYS to simulate and analyze the residual stress of KKD wheel under real heat treatment process.The simulation results show that the wheel tread is subjected to large circumferential and axial residual compressive stresses.With the increase of the depth of the tread,these residual compressive stresses gradually decrease and change into tensile stresses.In addition,the study shows that the geometric size and morphology of inclusions have a great influence on the distribution and size of residual stress around them.
