摘要
为了研究天然气管道蒸汽云爆炸的破坏程度,结合实际案例,在不同的天然气泄露时间条件下,对天然气管道蒸汽云爆炸的破坏范围进行了定量分析,计算出个人风险值(IR)并做出累积事故率(F)-死亡人数(N)曲线,根据国家安全生产监督管理总局令(第40号)和ALARP准则进行评估。结果表明,当泄漏时间由60 s增加到300 s时,死亡半径和财产损失半径明显增大。同时,该天然气管道的IR值(5.6×10^-4)要远大于规定的标准(1×10^-6),计算得到的F-N曲线大部分位于可以接受的区域,该研究结果为天然气管道的安全监测提供了依据。
In order to study the damage degree of vapor cloud explosion,combined with the actual case,the damage scope of vapor cloud explosion are analyzed with quantitative evaluation.The value of personal risk(IR)is calculated and the plot of cumulative accident rate(F)-death toll(N)is done to conduct evaluations according to the State Administration of Work Safety(No.40)and ALARP criterion.The results indicate the death radius and the property loss radius obviously get larger when the release time adds from 60 s to 300 s.Meanwhile,the IR value of the natural gas pipeline(5.6×10^-4)is much larger than the regulated criterion(1×10^-6),the processed F-N plot is mostly located in an acceptable area and this research provides references for the safety monitoring of the natural gas pipeline.
