基于视频数据治理技术的社区安全管控应用浅析

Application of Community Security Management and Control Based on Video Data Governance Technology

摘要 伴随着智慧社区建设的不断发展与时间的积累,在社区中由视频监控、人脸抓拍机、智能视频门禁等视频类感知设备产生的海量视频图像信息,已经成为公安基层警务实战应用的重要资源。但是在视频数据应用方面,目前还普遍存在着资源利用率低、应用单一、应用滞后等弊端,缺乏与公安业务的深度融合应用。基于视频数据治理技术,探索挖掘视频数据在社区场景下的综合应用,实现以社区视频为核心的感知系统向外延发展,横向拓展视频数据应用覆盖面,为公安在社区层面的治安防控、案件侦破、反恐防暴等实战工作提供有力支撑。
