摘要
目的探讨失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)在预防结肠癌根治术患者术后深静脉血栓(DVT)形成中应用效果。方法244例结肠癌根治术后患者分别采用常规护理(对照组)或FMEA管理(观察组),比较两组DVT发生率、住院时间和护理服务满意度。结果观察组DVT发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,护理服务满意度则高于对照组(P<0.01或0.05)。结论应用FMEA可显著降低结肠癌根治术后DVT发生率。
Objective To study the effect of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)on preventing postoperative deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after radical operation for colon carcinoma.Methods A total of 244 patients with colon cancer undergoing radical operation were managed with conventional nursing(control group)or FMEA(experimental group).DVT occurrence,hospital stay and nursing service satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results Compared with control group,DVT occurrence and hospital stay were lower,while nursing service satisfaction was higher in experimental group(P<0.01 or 0.05).Conclusion Application of FMEA can decrease DVT incidence after radical operation for colon carcinoma.
