摘要
针对钛合金材料焊前人工清理效率低、质量难以满足要求的问题,进行了激光清理工艺试验研究,对激光清理结果进行了目视检查、达因试剂检测、金相组织检测、扫描电镜观察、辉光检测及拉伸试验,并与传统手工清理方式和结果进行了对比,最后确定了钛合金材料焊前激光清理工艺参数,并应用于航空发动机钛合金材料转子类零件电子束焊缝的焊前清理。实际应用表明,激光清理工艺清洗成本低、绿色环保,不会对焊前材料表面造成损伤,可实现焊接接头的高效率、高质量自动化清理。
Aiming at the low efficiency of manual cleaning before welding and the difficulty in meeting the requirements of quality of titanium alloy,the experimental study of laser cleaning technology was carried out.The results were examined by visual inspection,dyne reagent detection,metallographic structure detection,scanning electron microscopy observation,glow detection and tensile test.Compared with the traditional manual cleaning method,the laser cleaning process parameters of titanium alloy before welding were determined and it was applied to the prewelding cleaning of electron beam welding(EBW)of aeroengine titanium alloy rotor parts.The experimental results show that the laser cleaning process has the advantages of low cost,environmental protection,no damage to the surface of materials before welding,and high efficiency and high quality automatic cleaning of welded joints can be realized.
