摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断青少年椎动脉型颈椎病中的价值。方法选择2011年6月~2017年6月来院就诊的青少年椎动脉型颈椎病患者32例作为研究对象,将采用彩色多普勒超声测量的相关数据作为实验组,采用经颅多普勒测量的相关数据作为对照组,实验数据由检测同一组患者获得。测量并比较实验组和对照组椎动脉血流动力学数据及血管狭窄情况、血流异常情况,分析彩色多普勒超声的诊断价值。结果采用两种不同的方法检测,实验组数据血流最大速度(Vmax)、血流量(Q)显著低于对照组数据(P<0.05);实验组数据搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组数据血管狭窄情况显著比对照组严重(P<0.05);实验组单支血流异常显著低于对照组,双支血流异常显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声在诊断青少年椎动脉型颈椎病中的应用价值较高,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore and observe values of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of adolescents with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods Thirty-two adolescents with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type who were treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2017 were selected as research objects.The related data measured by color doppler ultrasound were set as the experimental group and related data measured by transcranial doppler were set as the control group.Experimental data were obtained by testing patients in the same group.The data of vertebroarterial hemodynamics,vascular stenosis and blood flow abnormality of the experimental group and the control group were measured and compared to analyze diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound.Results Detected by two different methods,the maximum velocity(Vmax)and blood flow(Q)of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pulsation index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The vascular stenosis of the experimental group was significantly more serious than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood flow abnormality of the single branch in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the blood flow abnormality of the double branches was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of adolescents with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
