摘要
目的探讨在住院老年高血压患者护理工作中应用健康教育的具体效果。方法选取我院2017年1~12月收治的102例高血压老年患者进行研究,按随机数字表法分为观察组52例和对照组50例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加强健康教育,观察其护理前后的血压情况、生活质量评分以及疾病有关知识的知晓程度。结果两组护理前收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理后收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义,观察组护理后生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前疾病有关知识知晓评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理后疾病有关知识知晓评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院老年高血压患者护理中应用健康教育效果较好,能提高其对疾病的认知程度以及生活质量,帮助其合理控制血压,值得采用。
Objective To study the effect of application of health education in nursing of elderly inpatients with hypertension.Methods 102 elderly patients with hypertension who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected in the study.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the observation group(n=52)and the control group(n=50).The control group was given conventional nursing while the observation group was given health education on basis of the control group.Blood pressure,quality of life score and knowledge of disease were observed before and after nursing.Results There was no significant difference in the difference of systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing.After nursing,quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of disease related knowledge between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The score of disease related knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly inpatients with hypertension,application of health education in nursing has good effect.It can improve their cognition of disease and quality of life and help them control their blood pressure reasonably,which is worthy of application.
