摘要
成都绿地中心T1塔楼采用外围巨型框架+核心筒抗侧力结构体系,阐述T1塔楼巨型柱结构特点、平面布置及模架系统组成;介绍模架施工关键技术,包括巨型柱模架分批爬升顺序、巨型柱标准层施工顺序,巨型柱变化楼层、楼板缺失层、非标楼层、巨型柱边缘与楼板边缘相对距离变化层施工措施,巨型柱模架施工安全控制技术要点等。
The Chengdu Green Center Tower T1 adopts the lateral force resistant structure system of giant frame and core tube. This paper expounds the structural characteristics and layout of the giant column of the Tower T1 and the composition of the formwork system adopted,introduces the key technologies of the formwork construction,including the sequence of the batch climbing of the giant column formwork,the construction sequence of the standard floor of the giant column,the construction measures of the changing floor of the giant column,the construction measures of the missing layer of the floor,the construction measures of the non-standard floor,the edge and the construction of the giant column,the construction measures of floor edge relative distance changing layer,formwork construction measures of giant column and key points of formwork construction safety control technology.
