摘要
为给生产上提供抗寒性强的番茄品种,以9个不同番茄品种为试验材料,研究在(15±1)℃低温下其发芽特性及苗期的冷害指数,综合评估耐冷性。综合发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、发芽受损率的分析和种子发芽隶属函数值的分析,‘嘉粉8346’、‘芬达’和‘爱吉168’是耐低温较强的品种。对9个不同番茄品种幼苗冷害指数的评价得出,‘嘉粉8346’、‘爱吉168’和‘普罗旺斯’在幼苗期表现为较耐低温。9个不同番茄品种在低温下的发芽试验和幼苗冷害指数的综合分析比较,‘嘉粉8346’和‘爱吉168’为耐低温较强的品种。
To select tomato varieties with strong cold resistance,nine tomato varieties were used as experimental materials to study the germination characteristics at low temperature(15±1)℃ and the cold injury index at seedling stage,and evaluate their cold tolerance.The analysis of the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,germination damage rate as well as the seed germination membership function values of the nine tomato cultivars at low temperature showed that‘Jiafen 8346’,‘Fanta’and‘Aiji 168’were resistant to low temperature.The evaluation of the chilling injury index of seedlings showed that‘Jiafen 8346’,‘Aiji 168’and‘Provence’in seedling stage were characterized by strong resistance to low temperature.According to the germination test of the nine tomato cultivars at low temperature and the comprehensive analysis of the seedling chilling injury index,‘Jiafen 8346’and‘Aiji 168’are resistant to low temperature.
