摘要
随着我国研究生数量的不断增多,研究生素质也呈现出多级分化的情况。通过了解我国各大高校导师对于研究生不同的培养模式,分析了当前研究生培养过程中存在的一些问题,为此作者提出了研究生课程模式变传统教材为最新科研成果为教材,以及全面综合学生科研能力和团队协作能力考核模式的几点建议。以研究性的教学模式培养学生综合能力,提高研究生对于科研的兴趣,培养具有以科学意识和科学能力解决问题的新一代高素质研究生。
With the increasing of the number of postgraduate students in China,the quality of postgraduate students also presents the situation of multilevel differentiation.By understanding the different training modes of postgraduate students adopted by tutors in various universities in China,this paper analyzes some problems existing in the current postgraduate training process.Based on the analysis of the problems,we put forward some suggestions on how to change the traditional teaching material into the latest scientific research achievements and how to evaluate students’scientific research ability and teamwork ability.The research-based teaching mode is used to cultivate students’comprehensive ability,enhance postgraduate students’interest in scientific research,and cultivate a new generation of high-quality postgraduate students with scientific awareness and ability to solve problems.
