摘要
采用不同含量的四苯硼钠(C24H20BNa)添加剂制备背钝化太阳能电池(PERC)用铝浆,将铝浆丝网印刷于背钝化太阳能电池硅片上,经过烧结后测试电性能。通过扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)对局部背表面区域(LBSF)进行微观形貌观察。结果表明,在四苯硼钠用量为0.5%(wt,质量分数)条件下,背钝化太阳能电池片的开路电压为656mV,填充因子为79%,电阻值为81Ω,光电平均转化率最高达到20.3%。
Different contents of sodium tetraphenyl boron(C24H20BNa)additive were used to prepare aluminum paste for back passivated emitter rear contact(PERC)solar cells.The aluminum paste was printed on the silicon wafer of PERC solar cell,and the electrical properties were tested after firing.The microstructure of local back surface field(LBSF)was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy spectrum analysis(EDS).The results showed that the open circuit voltage was 656mV,the fill factor was 79%,the resistance was 81Ωand the average conversion efficiency was highest 20.3%under the condition of 0.5%(wt,mass fraction)of C24H20BNa.
