摘要
目的探讨一例对奈达铂、顺铂过敏的肺腺癌患者的药学监护。方法以一例对奈达铂、顺铂过敏,对卡铂不过敏的病例分析为切入点,查阅文献,分析铂类过敏反应发生的原因及处理措施。结果临床药师充分利用药学知识,及时处理过敏反应,增强药学监护意识,保障患者生命安全。结论临床药师积极参与药学监护,提供药学服务,保障患者用药安全有效。
Objective To investigate the pharmacological monitoring for a patient with lung adenocarcinoma who is allergic to nedaplatin and cisplatin.Methods Taking a case of allergic reactions to nedaplatin and cisplatin but not allergic to carboplatin as an entry point,the related literatures were reviewed to analyze the causes of platinum allergic reactions and the corresponding treatment measures.Results Clinical pharmacists made full use of pharmacy knowledge,and timely dealt with allergic reactions with enhanced awareness of pharmaceutical care,and so that ensured the safety of patients.Conclusion It is conducive to patients to have safe and effective drug that clinical pharmacists participate in pharmaceutical monitoring and provide pharmacy services actively.
