摘要
快速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)在临床中腹部外科的应用研究较多,指在围手术期病理生理学的基础上做出的最好解释,用循证医学的原则重新整合麻醉镇痛和微创手术技术及术后康复、人文关怀等的一种围手术期的临床多学科的综合应用措施。
Fast track surgery(FTS)has many applications in clinical abdominal surgery.It refers to the best explanation based on perioperative pathophysiology,and reintegrates anesthesia town with the principle of evidence-based medicine.Perioperative clinical multidisciplinary comprehensive application measures for pain and minimally invasive surgery techniques,postoperative rehabilitation,and human care.
