摘要
目的探讨依那普利联合阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法选取糖尿病肾病患者72例,分为观察组及对照组,各36例。对照组给予依那普利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗,均连续治疗1个月。观察并比较两组肾功能指标水平[内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)]、血糖水平[餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血糖(FPG)]和不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组肾功能指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组Ccr、SCr和UAER水平均低于本组治疗前和同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组2hPG、HbAlc和FPG水平均低于本组治疗前和同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者采用依那普利联合阿托伐他汀治疗可显著改善患者的生活质量,改善血糖水平与肾功能,用药安全性高。
Objective To investigate the effect of enalapril combined with Atto statins in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Seventy-two patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into observation group and control group,36 cases each group.The observation group was treated with enalapril combined with atorvastatin,while the control group was treated with enalapril alone.The changes of blood sugar level,renal function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the renal function indexes of the observation group were better(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood sugar indexes of the two groups decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).During treatment,the patients had adverse reactions such as dizziness,dry cough,mild fatigue,mild abnormal liver function and constipation,which were effective after symptomatic treatment.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Enalapril combined with atorvastatin can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with diabetic nephropathy,improve blood sugar level and renal function,with high drug safety.
