摘要
目的观察跨区供血反流轴型耳廓复合组织瓣转移修复鼻翼缺损的临床效果。方法利用跨区供血反流轴型耳廓复合组织瓣对3例鼻翼织缺损进行修复。结果本组3例患者中,2例Ⅰ期耳廓复合组织瓣转移手术修复成功,鼻翼缺损得以满意修复,1例转移组织瓣远端0.5 cm×0.5 cm皮肤发黑坏死,经换药治疗后创面愈合,3例患者术后经3至12月随访,鼻翼缺损修复外形满意,鼻腔通畅,耳廓供瓣区形态基本正常,额部瘢痕不明显。结论跨区供血反流轴型耳廓复合组织瓣是修复鼻翼缺损的较好方法之一。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of transregional blood supply regurgitation axial auricle composite tissue flap for repairing nasal alar defect.Methods Three cases of nasal alar tissue defect were repaired with cross-region reflux axial auricle composite tissue flap.Results Among the 3 cases,2 cases were successfully repaired with primary auricular composite tissue flap,and 1 case had skin blackening and necrosis of 0.5 cm×0.5 cm at the distal end of the metastatic tissue flap.The wound healed after dressing change.3 cases were followed up from 3 to 12 months after operation.The repair of alar defect was satisfactory in appearance,nasal cavity was patency,auricle donor flap area.The shape is normal basically,the scar of forehead part is not obvious.Conclusion Auricular composite flap with cross-region blood supply and regurgitation is one of the better methods for repairing nasal wing defect.
