摘要
目的观察利多卡因湿敷宫颈对分娩期水肿的改善效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月安丘人民医院收治的经阴道分娩发生宫颈水肿患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组于宫颈注射阿托品,而观察组于宫颈采用2%盐酸利多卡因无菌棉纱块湿敷。比较两组宫颈水肿消退情况及并发症发生情况以及生存质量。结果经治疗,两组宫颈水肿消退程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率较对照组明显较低,差异有统计学意义(6.67%vs.16.67%,P<0.05);在生存质量上,两组社会、躯体、生理功能及情感职能等评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利多卡因湿敷宫颈对分娩期水肿的改善效果显著,且具有操作简单、并发症少、安全性高等优势,且可提升患者生活孩子两,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of lidocaine wet compressing on cervical edema during childbirth.Methods Sixty patients with cervical edema who underwent vaginal delivery from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.The control group was injected with atropine in the cervix,while the observation group was wet-coated with 2%lidocaine hydrochloride aseptic cotton gauze in the cervix.The cervical edema regression,complications,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in the degree of cervical edema regression between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(6.67%vs.16.67%,P<0.05).In terms of quality of life,there were statistical differences in the scores of social,physical,physiological,and emotional functions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine wet compress has obvious effect on the improvement of edema during childbirth,and it has the advantages of simple operation,less complications and high safety.It can improve the life of children and it is worthy of popularization and application.
