摘要
介绍了一种中空两相混合式步进电动机的设计,产品用于消防机器人的喷水转向系统中。电动机采用了扁平盘式结构设计,确保电机在有限体积下的输出力矩要求;采用特殊的中空转轴结构设计,保证水流通行;同时采用两关节联动设计,确保喷水系统的准确定位。
The design of a kind of two phase hybrid stepper motor was introduced,which was used in the water injection and steering system of fire-fighting robot.In this system the motor adopted flat disc structure to realize output torque in limited volume.And it also used hollow shaft structure design to insure the flow passage.Meanwhile it adopted two joint linkage design to insure the precise positioning of the water spray system.
