摘要
加快发展学前教育,促进农村地区普惠性幼儿园发展是推进精准扶贫、从人生早期阻断贫困代际传递、促进乡村振兴的重大举措。当前我国农村地区幼儿教育还存在普惠性资源供给、管理体制及教师队伍建设等方面的不完善,严重阻碍了农村普惠性幼儿园的发展。因此,由政府牵头在资源供给、管理及监督体制等顶层设计方面做出调整,是从教育政策层面缩小社会差距、努力回应人民群众对接受良好学前教育期盼的有效途径。
Accelerating the development of preschool education and promoting the development of inclusive kindergartens in rural areas is a major measure to promote accurate poverty alleviation and promote rural revitalization. At present, there are still imperfections in the provision of inclusive resources, management system and teacher team construction for preschool education in rural areas in China,which seriously hinders the development of rural inclusive kindergartens. Therefore, the government has taken the lead in making adjustments in the top-level design of resource supply, management and supervision systems. It is an effective way to narrow the social gap from the perspective of education policy and strive to meet people’s expectation of good preschool education.
