摘要
异响问题是汽车NVH问题的重要组成部分,参考历年的《中国汽车产品质量与服务质量投诉分析报告》,异响的投诉非常集中,逐渐成为投诉热点,并且这类投诉覆盖了几乎国内所有的汽车品牌。通过对已发现异响问题的统计分析发现,内饰异响问题占整车异响问题比例超过50%,而其中有超过80%的异响问题是由于设计缺陷导致。通过数据统计,分别从设计问题占比、异响类型占比、分系统占比等几个维度入手,结合以往典型异响问题案例,总结出异响问题的规避方法,鉴于异响问题的产生原因复杂,发现、排查、解决难度大,而且一旦出现受到的用户抱怨比较严重,因此,在设计初期提早借助CAE手段进行模态计算、模流分析,归纳总结以往异响案例,合理应用异响问题设计指南,加强数据排查,可以有效规避设计原因导致的异响问题发生。
The abnormal noise is an important part of the car NVH problems.With reference to the“China Automotive Product Quality and Service Quality Complaint Analysis Report”,the complaints of abnormal noise are very concentrated,and gradually become a hot spot for complaints,and such complaints cover almost all domestic automobile brand.It is found that the abnormal noises of the interior account for more than 50%of the abnormal noises of the whole vehicle through the statistical analysis of the abnormal noise problem,and more than 80%of the abnormal noise problems are caused by design defects.Through data statistics,starting from several dimensions such as the proportion of design problems,the proportion of abnormal sounds,and the proportion of sub-systems,combined with the typical cases of abnormal noise in the past,the method of avoiding abnormal noise is summarized,in view of the generation of abnormal noises.The reasons are complicated,and it is difficult to find,troubleshoot,and solve.Once the user complaints are serious,the CAE method is used to carry out modal calculation and mold flow analysis in the early stage of design,summarizing the previous abnormal noise cases,and rationally applying abnormal sounds.The problem design guide,strengthen data investigation,can effectively avoid the occurrence of abnormal noises caused by design reasons.
