摘要
目的:探讨全程护理用于糖尿病性白内障(DC)手术患者的效果。方法:选择2018年2月~2019年2月60例DC患者,均在局部麻醉下行白内障超声乳化摘除+人工晶体植入术,遵照随机数字表法均分为全程护理组(W组)和对照组(C组),C组采用眼科手术室常规护理,W组则在C组基础上实施全程护理(全程评估、健康宣教、血糖管理、心理干预、生活及康复指导等),比较两组术中舒适度,记录手术效果和血糖指标。结果:W组术中舒适度优于C组(P<0.05);W组疗效和护理后LogMAR视力优于C组(P<0.05);护理前,两组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),W组护理后FPG、2hPG、HbA1c均低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:全程护理可提高DC手术患者的术中舒适度,改善疗效和术后视力,降低血糖指标。
Objective : To explore the effect of whole-course nursing on patients undergoing diabetic cataract(DC) surgery. Methods : 60 patients with DC, selected from February 2018 to February 2019, underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation under local anesthesia, were randomly divided into whole-course nursing group(group W) and control group(group C) according to the random number table on average. Group C was given routine nursing in ophthalmic operating room, while group W received whole-course nursing on the basis of group C, which included whole-course evaluation, health education, blood sugar management, psychological intervention, life and rehabilitation guidance. The intraoperative comfort was compared, and operative effect and blood sugar index were recorded in the two groups. Results : The intraoperative comfort in group W was better than that in group C(P<0.05). The curative effect and visual acuity of LogMAR in group W were better than those in group C(P<0.05).Before nursing, there were no significant difference in FPG, 2 hPG and HbA1 c in the two groups(P>0.05), after nursing, FPG, 2 hPG and HbA1 c in group W were lower than those in group C(P<0.05). Conclusion : Whole-course nursing could improve the intraoperative comfort, improve the curative effect and visual acuity after operation, and reduce the blood sugar index in patients undergoing DC surgery.
