摘要
对近20年相关文献的检索分析发现,七福饮(QFY)具有活血化瘀、健心安神之功效,能有效改善痴呆状态。现代临床研究结果表明,QFY加减方可有效治疗阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer′s disease,AD)和血管性痴呆(vascu lar dementia,VD);实验药理学研究发现,其可能的作用机制在于抑制神经细胞凋亡、降低脑内炎症反应、增强胆碱能神经传递和清除自由基等。对于QFY经典方,目前临床研究尚显不足,实验药理学研究缺乏深入的机制探索。该文从临床研究及实验药理学方面对QFY治疗痴呆的研究进展进行了综述。
It has been found that Qifu Yin(QFY)can promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis,improve the mind and spirit,and effectively improve the symptoms of dementia from relevant literature in the last twenty years.The results of modern clinical studies indicate that modified prescriptions of QFY are mainly used in the treatment of Alzheimer′s disease(AD)and vascular dementia(VD).Experimental pharmacological studies have found that its possible mechanism of effects is to inhibit neuronal apoptosis,reduce inflammation in the brain,enhance cholinergic neurotrans mission and scavenge free radicals for QFY anti AD.As for the classic formula of QFY,current clinical research is still insufficient,and the experimental pharmacology research lacks in depth exploration of the mechanism.This paper re views the research progress of QFY on preventing and treating dementia on the basis of clinical application and experimen tal pharmacology.
