掌侧锁定钢板治疗老年骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折 被引量：17

摘要 [目的]评价掌侧入路解剖锁定加压接骨板治疗老年骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折的疗效。[方法] 2011年1月~2018年1月,对86例老年骨质疏松桡骨远端骨折采用掌侧入路开放复位,解剖锁定加压接骨板内固定治疗。[结果]患者随访12~24个月。骨折均愈合,愈合时间10~18周。腕关节功能按照DASH评价标准评定:优68例,良10例,可8例。优良率90.69%。[结论]采用手术切开掌侧LCP内固定治疗老年骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折固定可靠,退钉率低,可早期恢复腕关节功能。
