摘要
目的探讨轮状病毒腹泻患儿采用热毒宁联合蒙脱石散治疗,对其肠道分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)水平及症状改善的影响。方法选取2017年10月~2019年1月我院收治的80例轮状病毒腹泻患儿作为研究对象。所有对象按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组患儿采取常规治疗,观察组患儿则在常规治疗基础上增加热毒宁联合蒙脱石散治疗。治疗后,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、机体免疫功能指标[CD4阳性T细胞(CD4^+)、CD8阳性T细胞(CD8^+)、CD4^+/CD8^+]及肠道SIgA水平的变化情况。结果观察组患儿的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后的CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+高于治疗前,CD8^+低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后的CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+高于对照组,CD8^+低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后的SIgA水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后的SIgA水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用热毒宁联合蒙脱石散的方式治疗轮状病毒腹泻患儿,可显著改善患儿的机体免疫功能,提高其治疗效率及肠道SIgA水平,值得临床借鉴实施。
Objective To investigate the effect of Reduning combined with Montmorillonite Powder on the improvement of intestinal secretory immunoglobulin A(SIgA)levels and symptoms in children with rotavirus diarrhea.Methods Eighty children with rotavirus diarrhea admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled as subjects.All subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.In the control group,routine treatment was used,while in the observation group,Reduning combined with Montmorillonite Powder was added besides routine treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,immune function indicators(CD4^+ T cells[CD4^+],CD8^+ T cells[CD8^+],CD4^+/CD8^+)and intestinal SIgA levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effectiveness rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ were higher than those before treatment,and CD8^+ was lower than that before treatment with significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^+ was lower compared with that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SIgA levels in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of SIgA in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of Reduning combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of children with rotavirus diarrhea can significantly improve the immune function of children,improve the treatment efficiency and intestinal SIgA level,which is worthy of clinical reference.
